i take testcypimate i've had blood work and my t count was high as well as my bilirubin level 1.8. everything else was normal, should i be concered?

Needs follow up: Your testesterone replacement should not get your serum level higher than about 1000 (depending on the lab). It can cause some liver issues that could increase your bilirubin so this does need to be addressed by your doctor, but i would assume cutting back on the replacement will get both things back in range.

in my blood test report my bilirubin total was 1.39mg/dl. is it high or normal and how to reduce it. haemoglobin level is 14.7 gm%?

Sounds fine to me: You're a young man, i'm betting you feel fine, and you're not a bunch of numbers. This is high-end-of-normal, i'm going to assume it's mostly indirect, and several percent of folks run high because of gilbert's non-disease -- a variant biochemistry.

my yesterday's blood test shows higher red cell distributio width - 15.2 ( normal 11.6 to 14%) . . also my bilirubin level 1.51%, (0.2 to 1 norm) .

How do you feel?: Your physician can determine whether the slightly high bilirubin is Gilbert's or something worth investigating. High RDW is no danger but a marker for any of a variety of things. Mine was way higher when I donating blood every eight weeks. If you feel well, relax and be happy for good health. Best wishes, I have heard that the Volga is beautiful in the spring.

Bil is too high: Look up the reference values for those tests in your lab report. The blood urea nitrogen of 4.4 is probably normal while a bil of 12 is very high which may indicate liver disease or hemolytic anemia depending on other test result details that you haven't included

i have a bilirubin level of 31.7 umol/l & my liver us showed fat build up.all other blood levels are within normal range. bmi is 21. any huge concern?

Elevation of bilirub: Isolated in a young man can be due to Gilberts disease which is a benign congenital condition with defect in the glucorindation of bilirubin. However the etiology of the fatty liver is unclear. I guess a GI specialist will help since your BMI is normal

Bilirubin: No, hyperbilirubinemia does not, in and by itself, cause fever.  Hepatitis may cause fever, or any other inflammatory process.

Normal: It is very important to know why these were drawn in what sounds to be an otherwise healthy 19 year old.  Did you expect to find something wrong?

: All results are within normal limits so you do not need further liver test. If both AST and ALT are within normal limits, you can disregard the AST/ALT. Take care.

had surgery 8 days ago,after op i had jaundice and they said it was gilbert syndrome yesterday i had a blood test and they said bilirubin levels are normal again i was very worried about sepsis does this mean i dont have it i dont feel ill either?

: It is highly unlikely that you have sepsis. Bilirubin increases in people with Gilbert on fasting and that may have been the explanation of your jaundice in the post-op stage.

why does strenuous exercise lead to elevated bilirubin level in blood?

It doesnot: Strenuous exercise might increase liver enzymes due to leakage from muscle. This should not increase your bilirubin. In patients with gilbert syndrome- bilirubin may increase with fasting, fever and possibly strenuous exercise.
