Endometrial lining: Most likely you are having a heavy flow after four months because the endometrial lining of the uterus is becoming too thick and is sluffing off. This could be the cause of your regular periods. It may be worth thinking about getting on oral contraception tablets to regulate your menstrual cycle.

Never heard of this: However, I don't think it sounds serious.  If the skin between the two is normal, don't worry too much.  Avoid any injury such as bike riding, very strenuous sports or stretching and certainly all instrumentation.

Good fat such as: olive oil, coconut oil, fish oil, and butter can be helpful.  Lots of protein in the form of protein shakes from powder.  Please visit your doc.  As long as you are healthy all is ok.  You can do some exercise, perhaps light hand weights, to tone and strengthen muscles.  Peace and good health.

Anemia: If that is hemoglobin count, that is quite low and suggests anemia, not enough red blood cells. Anemia can be caused by iron deficiency, gastrointestinal blood loss, vitamin B12 deficiency, sometimes bone marrow disease, or chronic inflammation problem. Your physician should help you find out cause and prescribe treatment.

Yep: Pretty normal.  The average child gets anywhere from 5-8 upper respiratory infections per year in the first three years of life.  They get more if they are in day care or if they are in a household with smokers.  Interestingly, children in households with pets get fewer upper respiratory infections.  Some folks call them "snot nosed kids" for a reason.  It's because it's true.
