Question of health: Like the rest of the body, attend to your diet, do exercise, keep yourself mentally healthy, stay active, continually learn new facts and activities, etc. In other words, those who have least chance of alzheimer's are those who are socially active, continue to think and use brains, exercise regularly, and eat the mediterranean diet.

Diet and exercise: Are the best answers for most issues. Acupuncture can also be helpful as can staying hydrated, avoiding bad habits like smoking and excessive alcohol or drug intake. The body will take care of itself if you take care of it with healthy food, movement, and a positive attitude. That is a short answer with broad application.

Your diet should include an assortment of fruits, vegetables & grains along with regular fish & meat. Avoid high-sugar beverages, especially with high-fructose corn syrup.
