SLAP Tear: A slap tear is a tear of the labrum in the shoulder.  The labrum is like a washer that circles the entire socket (glenoid).  The tear is between the 10 and 2 o&#x27;clock position on the labrum if you think of the face of the socket as a clock.  

They don&#x27;t always get 100% better and sometimes need repair with arthroscopic surgery.

i have been experiencing chest pains from left & right side of my chest, went to see a dr, he prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs and didn't help. we took x rays and the results said everything is clear. now i am feeling them on right side.

See doctor: An allergy is very unlikely.  Perhaps arthritis is getting worse, the anti-inflammatory helped - and you felt better and used the wrist more, or you could have tendonitis.  See your doctor.

They hurt the kidney: Nsaids interfere with the internal regulation of  blood flow in the kidney. Using them reduces renal blood flow and decreases kidney function.

Viral/noninfectious: Antibiotics only treat bacterial infections. If your doc suspects that the trouble you have is either viral or trauma-related epididymitis, then no antibiotic is needed and anti-inflammatory medication  is all that is needed. If symptoms not better or worsens with treatment, i would suggest contacting doc again for re-evaluation/treatment. Good luck.

Need more informatio:  The slightly elevated sedimentation rate is not diagnostic enough. We need to know more information to help clarify what's going on. You have a lot of symptoms it would be wise to have you evaluated. Ask your physician if you could see a rheumatologist, and or ID specialist or someone else who might help clarify what's going on

Chronic : Chronic steroid anti-inflammatory medication can slow down wound healing. A lot depends on what drug you are taking and how high of a dose it is. You could discuss the issue with your rheumatologist to see if the dose you are on would affect overall healing. It may also be worthwhile to make sure your vasculitis condition won't affect healing as well.
