They may want to, then, refer you to a cardiologist or cardiac electrophysiologist to see if the findings are significant.  Call 911 if you pass out, have chest pain, severe dizziness, or sudden onset shortness of breath.

See a cardiologist: I disagree, I think a cardiologist should examine you, probably do a echo. A 34 y/o with RBBB could be normal but could have several underlying causes. I would play safe than being sorry. ER doctor usually only worry if its a acute emergency.

This pattern is seen often in healthy younger people, which (given ur age) is probably the case; however, a new T wave abnl can indicate MI

Finding not a diagno: Assuming ur EKG was collected correctly (i.e., the wires &amp; patches were put on correctly), it's not entirely as expected for a person of your age &amp; gender. You have sinus rhythm, but the spikes (R waves) do not progress between the wires as expected, &amp; minor changes in the signals from the front (anterior) &amp; bottom (inferior) part of the heart may be "just you" or signs of (prior?) damage. TTYD.

Would  check tilt test to see if heart rate increases when tilted , as you may have POTS postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome  Also check TSH/T4 , check for H pylori  if any abdominal discomfort, and less commonly consider ANA, sed rate, DS DNA and ACE  metanephrines and 5HIAA., if all else negative
