Go to Urgent Care: The the symptoms sound like a viral infection.. If you have associated fever as well, that is more concerning. It would be prudent to visit an Urgent Care clinic  to rule out more serious illnesses such as meningitis. If you don't have a fever, you could still have an electrolyte imbalance or other nervous system pathology that needs workup

If you've had a complete medical evaluation and are sure there are no direct physical causes for anxiety, see a psychologist to begin working on your problem.  There are excellent talk therapies for anxiety, including cognitive behavioral therapy.  Medications can sometimes be helpful also -- but first things first!

Vestibular rehab program with physical therapist can help.  Some meds can control symptoms.  Realize that ms pts have a higher frequency of migraine, and that a migraine complication of paroxysmal vertigo may be playing a role here.  Consider visit to sw medical center.
