You need a diagnosis: There are many causes of dizziness, and you really do need to speak to someone, get a Concierge consult, or see a physician to find the cause of the dizziness in order to address it. Especially if you have passed out! Which appears under your complaint but isn't actually in it. Please do get a diagnosis. The first step to: stopping your dizzy spells is to diagnose the reason you are having them. You need to be evaluated and examined by a health care professional and then might benefit from some testing to confirm his/her diagnostic impression. Usually the history will be sufficient to suggest a cause. Perhaps you could provide more to your health care professional when you are seen than you have here.
