Normal bowel gas pattern describes the location and character of gas inside you stomach, small and large intestines. Abnormal patterns can give clues about obstruction, poor movement of contents (ileus), constipation, etc. Your's is normal.

Multiple possibiliti: There are many circumstances that could result in this picture. Early bowel obstruction is one, lieu’s is another, gastric emptying issue is yet another. Would recommend evaluation urgently if pain, fever, vomiting develop.Need more info to get a more precise idea of what is truly happening.
