Multiple possibiliti: There are many circumstances that could result in this picture. Early bowel obstruction is one, lieu’s is another, gastric emptying issue is yet another. Would recommend evaluation urgently if pain, fever, vomiting develop.Need more info to get a more precise idea of what is truly happening.
