See your physician: There are many various genital-urinary disorders which could cause pain after urination (e.g. kidney stone, UTI, etc.). I can appreciate your concerned about your health, but finding a proper diagnosis and treatment may be the answer to your worries. Rec.: see your physician for examination, tests and he treatment.

Urethritis: Many reasons including minor local urethral trauma from several reasons, including tight underwear, autoimmune disorder that may need more investigation,  small kidney stones, or rarely, distal urethral obstructions. Suggest you see a urologist and have exam with some urine and blood tests if pain persisting, may need ultrasound or other tests if pain source unclear

due to stress i havent masturbated. could that cause pain at tip?

Probably not: The discomfort may be due to the pressure on the skin at the tip of your penis when you have an erection. Not serious.

It is good idea to..: at least temporarily eliminate any imaginable and potentially irritating factors such as those you mentioned + gingerly apply 0.5% hydrocortisone skin cream for 3-5 day, and see. If not improving as usually expected in 3-5 days, seek timely evaluation &amp; counseling so to deduce possible causes for what you have felt and for reasonable treatment/ care/ counseling.

: The tests you got were secondary in importance to a good local exam. If weed makes it worse the good thing to do is to stop and see if you are better - then it is a reaction from weed. If still persists pl get examined by a Urologist- as that is needed for management

Recurrent UTI: Probably bears looking into.  It is possible that you have an anatomic abnormality that predisposes you to this.  It is also possible that you don't drink enough fluid in general.

Normal: The volume you listed is normal. Drink enough water so that your urine is more or less colorless and watery. That will ensure proper hydration and protect against kidney stones.

?diabetes: There are other causes for frequency than uti's and std's.  Diabetes is a classic example of an all too common condition that can present with symptoms of frequency.  Get an evaluation by your dr. And get checked for other causes to be safe. Best wishes.
