Yes: During pregnancy there may be significant alteration of function in your digestive tract.  For those who have a familial tendency for gallbladder disease or development of stones, decreased mobility/increased stasis or slowing of your gallbladder function will often cause symptoms to appear for the first time.  However, pregnancy itself does not alone cause gallbladder disease.

Whole new physiology: in pregnant female , all aggravating factors added to poor future mom will suffer  due to , weight gain , increases caloric in take of food ,  stasis ,  increased intra abdominal pressure  , displacement of diseases gall bladder etc all precipitate  attacks , usually  due pre-existing diseased GB .

Do a pregnancy test.: Although surgery can lead to change in menstrual patterns for a month or so, you can still get pregnant afterwards if you have had unprotected sex. Do a home pregnancy test and see what it shows. Follow the instructions exactly,

Yes: Gallbladder can certainly add to sickness. As far as the pain is concerned, if it goes away if few hrs than not an emergency.  If lasts more than say 4-6 hrs, need to seek medical attention. Need to go see your doctor now so that they can make proper referral now.

Not enough info.: Although all of these items shed some light on your gallbladder, there is not enough information here to be able to say definitively whether you should have your gallbladder out. Maybe: It primarily depends whether or not you're sexually active, but the home tests are pretty good. No test however is perfect. It's also possible that our cycle has been thrown off by the physiologic stress if the operation. Check with your OB/GYN to find out if you need further testing. Hope this helps!

1. THE ULTRASOUND IS A "DIRECTED" EXAM...POINTING AT THE GALLBLADDER ELIMINATES THE REST OF THE ABDOMEN PARTICULARLY THE LOWER ABDOMEN
2. THE EMBRYO IS TOO SMALL TO SHOW UP EVEN IF THE ULTRASOUND WERE AIMED AT THE WOMB!!

i have gallbladder stones from last 4 years and came to know when i was pregnant with my baby. now suffering severe pain due to thses stones. i want to ask question does gallbladder stones prevent happening pregnancy. becz i did not get conception 3 ?

Physical stressor: Any kind of physical stress or emotional stressors can cause hormonal fluctuations that prevent pregnancy. You should address the Gallstones with your Dr. It may be that you need to have them removed because of a blockage. Once your body is pain free and back to being healthy, then it may be more likely to allow conception.

my entire abdomen feels like its being pulled. i feel very fatigued and nauseous. my gallbladder has already been removed and my pregnancy test came negative. what should i do?

Liver troubles?: This is a difficult problem. Have you had weight loss? Is there a family history of this problem?  There could be troubles with digestion, motility, or even colonic inertia.  There are other metabolic problems as well such as malabsorption syndrome or porphyria.  I would try to see a gastrointestinal specialist.
