Yes: Gallbladder can certainly add to sickness. As far as the pain is concerned, if it goes away if few hrs than not an emergency. If lasts more than say 4-6 hrs, need to seek medical attention. Need to go see your doctor now so that they can make proper referral now.

To amplify: Gb pain is not usually an emergency . In order to have the gb surgery performed, you need a general anesthetic or spinal anesthetic. These can lead to decreased oxygen getting to the baby . Surgery, therefore is put off as long as possible, with the preferred time being after delivery has happened. Rare cases can become emergent. Best to see your gyn specialist ; coordinate with a gen. Surgeon.
