Depends: Why was the test ordered? I would contact the Dr who ordered the test to explain the results to you. They know the clinical context.  Low Positive can also mean not exactly positive or not clinically significant.

Dysesthesias: There is some data about nmda-receptor antibodies leading to encephalitis and inflammatory issues, but this would need to be discussed with your neurologist.

: This is also a disorder of exclusion so the entire clinical picture is important. It has beennstated that serum NMDA can have false positives so performing the test on cerebral spinal fluid instead is preferable.

MIC: This number is called the minimum inhibitory concentration (or mic).  It means the lowest concentration of antibiotic that inhibits the growth of the organism.  In general, the lower the mic, the more sensitive the organism is to the antibiotic.  There are other factors that go into choosing an antibiotic however, so choosing the antibiotic with the lowest mic is not always best.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the data you provided does not seem to add up, e.g, there is no antibiotic called mycin.

Consider these other concerns: Any temperature, achiness of body, do you bring up phlegm-is it colored? If you repond positivilly to one or more of these symptoms contact your PCP for appointment and medication.

i thought achr modulating antibodies are not supposed to be in the blood at all. im trying to ask why would i have achr modulating antibodies in my blood, even if its in the normal range? why would i have detectable levels of them?

: We all have low levels of antibodies that are reactive with our tissues and cells. These antibodies are useful in removing old and dying cells.
