It is not about getting a drug, it is about your condition that will need proper followup and treatment adjustments.

Needs testing: To establish why you are having the discharge.  Need to have some swabs taken and may need an examination.  May be something like bacterial vaginosis which will respond to antibiotics but a variety of other infections and conditions.  Best to see your doctor for an assessment and tests.  They can then make a diagnosis and prescribe you something suitable.

Not usually: discharge papers usually only give the discharge diagnosis and whatever recommendations they have for you about driving, bed rest, medications and follow up appointments.  The discharge summary, which is usually done shortly after discharge by the physician, may have all that information, but it would depend on how important the fact that you were tested and the results are.

Systolic down in 1 week &amp; diastolic in 2.  If it works then no need for meds. Average fall in BP is better than most single meds. Key is monitoring if you are DASHing Na intake less that 1,500 mg/day &amp; K intake  4,700 mg. Use App Cronometer to see.

To be successful, you need to find out the prejudices of your grader.
