None. If normal & have high blood pressure that cannot be controlled by DASH eating plan. Should be tried in everyone with HBP before starting meds. Systolic down in 1 week & diastolic in 2. If it works then no need for meds. Average fall in BP is better than most single meds. Key is monitoring if you are DASHing Na intake less that 1,500 mg/day & K intake 4,700 mg.
