Second opinion: Your symptoms certainly are of concern.  Whether due to physical or non-physical causes, you need to be your own advocate and seek further evaluation or a re-evaluation, by the same doctor, or another one.  It's unlikely that at your age it's anything serious, but....You won't know if you don't look.

Obstructive Sleep: Apnea is a condition of cessation of breathing during sleep that lasts for 10 seconds or longer. OSA should first be confirmed with the proper medical sleep studies. Regardless, the cause, could be only muscle pain or anxiety. However, pain in your chest with the symptoms you have described is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your PCP or cardiologist.

i sometimes have numbness and pain in the center of my chest. i've been to the er, but all seems well. what's wrong??, could i have costochondritis??

Certainly: It certainly could be costochondritis - stress, viral infections, muscle pulls can all cause this condition and it is very painful at times.  As long as it has been shown that your heart and lungs are normal then I would suggest seeing a chiropractor for treatment.  NSAIDs also are helpful.  It is also possible that you are having esophageal problems - talk to your FP about that as well.

Raynaud's Disease: Is one of the reasons that fingers can become pale and then blueish afterwards.  This can be due to autoimmune issues such as lupus, or scleroderma. These diseases can effect many other organ systems such as your entire vasculature causing HTN ; chest pain. Start with a blood test for an ANA cascade.

Rib strain: Probably rib strain from coughing so much -- see your doctor make sure you don't have pneumonia or others more serious -- may need to get a chest xray.
