Obstructive Sleep: Apnea is a condition of cessation of breathing during sleep that lasts for 10 seconds or longer. OSA should first be confirmed with the proper medical sleep studies. Regardless, the cause, could be only muscle pain or anxiety. However, pain in your chest with the symptoms you have described is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your PCP or cardiologist.
