best way is cold turkey. Other natural options including timed decrease ( ie weaning) hypnosis. There are prescription drugs available to help if these natural options dont work.

You might not be allowed to smoke at work, but you didn't violate for nicotine. You violated for another substance, if you have already been referred to a SAP-Substance Abuse Professional. The test shouldn't take long before you will have the results.
