No: Nicotine isn't tested for on the five panel test, but are you concerned about nicotine? I take it, you have a DOT safety sensitive job. You might not be allowed to smoke at work, but you didn't violate for nicotine. You violated for another substance, if you have already been referred to a SAP-Substance Abuse Professional. The test shouldn't take long before you will have the results.
