Yes: There are side effects or potential side effects to all medications, supplements, vitamins, therapies, and life in general.  A decision to use or not use any treatment is always a risk vs benefit analysis.  You should discuss this with your children's doctor.

Etoricoxib: Etoricoxib is not available In the United States- turned down by the FDA 7 years ago.  You could use ibuprofen as a n anti inflammatory.  Neither drug would directly treat bacterial infection.

i'm having seborrhoeic dermatitis and taking neurovit, apo-cetirizine, lysozyme 30mg.but i think i'm fever due to cold weather (i don't have a thermometer but i feel headache and dry-eyes).can i take acetaminophen-containing product at the same time?

Sure: Get a thermometer. You're taking a pricey mix of vitamins, an antihistamine, and lysozyme which is probably doing you no good. Seborrheic dermatitis is easily managed by evidence-based medicine -- what you're taking won't touch it but if you want "natural", you can choose from sulfur, coal tar, or a variety of other stuff that will. Just start up.: Exercise is funny. It seems to work by momentum.  Once you stop working out for a while it's easy to just stay home from the gym and not go.  Once you get yourself going again, it gets hard to see yourself not going to the gym.  So just get up and get going,  make it a part of your regular routine.

Consult physician: there are many alternative drugs such as neurontin, or pregabalin, gabapentin generics or even low dose tricyclics, which may have side effects. There is no guarantee that these will nevessaroiyn be cheaper: Cymbalta is expensive therapy.I strongly suggest review side effects with your pharmacist.

There are certain foods and meds that need to be avoided for several days prior to the test as they can lead to false positives. Carcinoid syndrome often presents with episodes of flushing, diarrhea and wheezing.
