Blepharospasm: Is involuntary contraction of the muscle of the eyelid and is usually harmless and occurs with fatigue, stress or excess caffeine. It can be associated with some more serious disorders but not nearly as frequently.

Benign fasciculation: Myokymia, usually resolves and attributed to stress, caffeine, lack of sleep, alcohol, etc., rarely could be a precursor to real spasms like blepharospasm or associated with ms.

Eyelid twitching: Eyelid twitching often occurs with fatigue, and if vision is poor during reading, it may occur more often.  It may occur independent of vision.  It is a condition called blepharospasm- normally no treatment is needed.

Eye twitching: is usually a benign condition. More and better sleep sometimes helps. Watch your caffeine intake. You list dizziness and B complex vitamin use. Excessive Vit B6 can cause large fiber sensory neuropathy resulting in unsteadiness. Also use Perlane (dermal fillers) or other fillers with caution near the eyes. It can cause swelling and irritation.

Diffuse Stress: Good day;
  I have experienced similar symptoms as well in the past twenty years. I can usually associate these symptoms with more stressful periods in my life. Years ago a 3 mile run was recommended; however, my knees will not presently permit such activity. In warmer months I take a long bike ride; in winter a hike with my walking sticks. Most often symptoms disappear asIsolve stressful issues.

my facial nerves are damaged, i have numbness in my forehead, eyelids, and also my face, muscle spasms and also twitching. i no longer have tears either but my eyes do not hurt a lot, they are mostly ok. what would be the prognosis?

: Most of your symptoms seem non organic and functional. have your doc give you a checkup. If OK then keep yourself busy helping the unprivileged, social work, music , sports or meditation.. You should be fine

Tumor: Although it is possible to have normal eye pressure and normal optic nerves with a brain tumor, this is quite rare.

TMJ Issues ?: Might be TMJ Issues from grinding or clenching. Should not be related to your extraction. Have your dentist evaluate the problem.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Try taking an over the counter multivitamin with B12. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
