Massage no/ neck yes: Masage therapists are trained to avoid damage. With a neckinjury aproper evaluation is required.

neck& shoulder pain for almost 3 years, in car accident 3 years ago. xray and mri normal, can it be nerve damage? will it come up in mri? what else?

Maybe: Not all nerve damage will show up on an MRI - only that which is caused by a disc pushing on a nerve coming out of the spinal column.  The next step would be to see a pain management specialist or neurologist to try and ascertain the diagnosis.  Fibromyalgia may be the problem which is not uncommon after car accidents and whiplash injuries.

received bite to neck, had severe pain, then numbness to rt ear, 1/3rd face + neck.i can feel sharp. i think auricular nerve damage, is this permanent?

Bite from what?: How long ago did it happen? Have you seen anyone? If swelling and infection producing pressure, relief of swelling may cure your issue. Seek help.

See a spine doctor: Middle back pain in a young man is almost always mechanical back pain (not from a disc injury or a nerve injury).  It should get better from a simple course of treatment with physical therapy.

i think i have nerve damage due to excessively cracking my neck. i have tingling and occasional light tremors. if i am right, can this be healed?

Myelopathy?: Persons who have had manipulation of the neck or repetitive trauma (eg wrestling, football) may have chronic changes of the structures in the cervical spinal cord.  Discuss with your doctor.  You may need MRI to look for chronic change.  Not much to do, but wise to know.

about over a year ago. something popped in my neck and ever since i have had lots off unusual syptoms, my xray came back fine, i have really bad health anxiety i think, and in my head i constantly think i have ms, can you get ms form nerve damage etc?

: MS is NOT caused by trauma or any injury.  You certainly could visit an neurologist and get a full exam, but not clear if that would help you.  Since your anxiety appears "bad", suggest first you see a psychiatrist and start to get control over emotional issues.

Yes for the pain: Nerve damage from a radiculopathy can cause numbness, pins and needles, weakness, and pain.  
Unfortunately there is little that can be done for the numbness but the pain is readily treatable.
Frequently your problem requires a multidisciplinary approach and so you need follow-up to have your options explained.  Good luck!

Nerves in the neck..: ...supply function to the arms.  Injuring the nerve roots in the neck should not affect the function of your memory.
