You Must: You have hypogonadism.  It could be primary like klinefelter's syndrome;testicular lack of testosterone and more. Or secondary like due to kallman syndrome; pituitary dysfunction and more.  You need thorough endocrinology workup for diagnosis and treatment.

i have a right adrenal mass with a history of cancer.  should i be concerned that my new endocrinologist isn't worried about it?

Maybe: With a history of cancer, any bump or lump is scary.  But most little adrenal nodules are not cancer.  At the very least, it should be followed closely with surveillance imaging.  Consider asking for input from a doctor that helped you with your prior cancer.  As always, if you don't feel good about information you are getting from your doctor, don't hesitate to seek a 2nd opinion.

is it to late to see a pediatric endocrinologist in january if i haven't hit puberty and im 16? what can the effects be if i don't see a dr ? pls help

Not specificly: You get in when they have time to see you. The problems you face have been ongoing for years & any rx would likely run years too. Your pcp may be able to order some basic testing that the endo could use before you go & could get a list by calling the endo's office.

i have/ had pituitary adenoma. in boston i got it checked, it was first 3 mm and then 5 mm. i got a scan done in south carolina which came clear. the endocrinologist says that it can't be gone. is it possible that i might have men?

Low risk MEN: Almost all patients with men have hyperparathyroidism. If you don't have that and there's no family history of anyone with the characteristic conditions associated with men, then it's highly likely you do not have men. Without treatment it's unlikely for a pituitary tumor to disappear unless it was incorrectly interpreted by the previous radiologists/physicians. Make sure you have a yearly MRI at.

i need to get some routine labs done for my endocrinologist. i recently got covid so had to cancel my original appointment. how long should i wait to get my labs done after having the virus so it doesn't affect the results? thanks?

: This is a tough question to answer correctly. If you are my patient, I would advise waiting for at least 2 weeks since the time you are completely asymptomatic.

Yes!: There's no such thing as a free lunch, so yes, there are disadvantages to pellet therapy for testosterone replacement. 1st it's an invasive procedure (so if you don't like getting stuck w/needle, you won't like idea of trochar). 2nd greater risk of infection, pain &amp; extrusion 3rd we can only guess how much you need based upon weight etc - so it's difficult to adjust if necessary eg more/less pelle

Hormonal problems: Hormonal problems such as diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, sexual function or infertility, cholesterol, calcium, and a whole host of other problems. Important to see one if your primary care doc recommends it.
