i tryed fluconazole 150mg  , clotrimazole & betamethasone for athlete's feet , jublia for toenail fungus now im trying a stronger antifugal cream can all these medicine cause liver or heart problems ?

Not likely: Fluconszole Tablet’s taken for mor than a few days could possibly cause liver problems because of the way it is metabolized in the liver, but the topical medications would not do that. Keeping feet dry &amp; changing socks when sweaty is a good idea

Orc nail fungus: no real successes with topical creams and treating nail fungus. Solutions or polishes are better at penetrating under the nail. Fungi nail, Tinactin (tolnaftate) solution. Tea tree oil has shown some success.

Most don't work!: Most topical antifungals have a low success rate.  The success depends on several factors such as severity of infection, compliance with medicine and the infection's susceptibility to the medicine. If the infection is severe or topical is not successful then an oral medication may be needed. Oral medication is usually much more successful. I like to use oral lamisil (terbinafine). Talk to your foot specialist.

Vicks vaporub: Anecdotal evidence that rubbing Vicks vaporub into the affected nail every night can help. Since nail grows so slow, you have to give it 12-18 months to see the results. Otherwise oral Lamisil (terbinafine) for 3 months with same amount of wait time to notice results.

Getting to fungus: Clotrimazole will kill fungus...If it gets to it.  The fungus under a nail is most active at the interface between good and bad nail. If the medication does not get to that area it can't kill the fungus. Adequate  debridement of the nail is very important when using a topical remedy.  Liquid forms work much better then creams at getting to the area where the fungus is most active

I don't find: Any topicals to be very effective on toe nail fungus. Oral Lamisil (terbinafine) is much more effective.

No: It is a steroid cream not an antifungal. Also, steroid creams should be used judiciously as they do carry side effects and hence should not be used indiscriminantly.

Well antibiotics do: not help nail fungus and most OTC nail fungus medications do not really work, I suggest you see a board certified dermatologist to get a culture and the correct treatment for you diagnosis as soon as you can.

Athlete's feet: Is caused by a fungus and requires moisture and warmth to grow. Shoes are the main culprit. Good hygiene and synthetic socks and wearing sandals will help. There are both topical and oral medications for treating this, depending on the severity. Discuss these with your doctor. Nail fungus is best treated orally. Lamisil (terbinafine) is a drug used most often. Laser plus topical anti fungal cream may also work.
