None: There are no established herbal remedies for adhd.  Those that are on the market are largely untested for both safety and efficacy.  Most contain some sort of stimulant, typically caffeine, along with other unspecified ingredients.  Caffeine may help, but it tends to be short acting.  This is a disorder for which we have lots of effective and safe treatments that are well studied.

Many: There are a number of proven remedies for symptoms of female menopause. The key is dissecting the wheat from the chaff. In other words, there is a lot of false claims and promotion in menopause remedies. I have written a book called "a woman's guide to hormone health" that outlines many natural, proven remedies.  Do your homework and you will find many options.

Not really: Most herbals are mild versions of the perscription treatment. Herbals  are not regulated .Contrary to common beliefs herbals do have side effects and can interact with other meds.Make sure you tell your doctor if your on an herbal. I know it sounds better to most of us to be on an herbal rather than a perscription but would you eat mold for your strep throat or use penicillin?

Nothing: Avoid the insult (ie nsaid). Treat hpylori if present. Use an acid suppression medication.

I need to know that: Five patients asked that today   for pain we believe low caffeine intake, vitamin E at 200 iu/ daily  (controversial) flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil and i add prayers. If totally hormonal than little to help  until menopause I have as many patients with increased pain with use of bcp--as patients who state they got better on the pill ? Only the british with their placebo trials will answer.

Discontinue: Having hypoglycemia can cause ill effects as much as high bs especially if there is underlying cardiac or thyroid problems. If your hypoglycemia persists off such supplements, best if you seek medical evaluation.

No Such Thing: There are no readily available herbal methods of eliminating or reducing gynecomastia other than losing weight for the fatty component. The glandular component will require resection.

Won't hurt: But probably won't help.  Sinus disease is notoriously difficult to treat.  Be wary, some herbal medications can cause problems with bleeding.
