i have a very strong pulse in the top of my head running down the side of my right ear and neck what could that be?

i pushed myself while running, at the end felt throat tightened a little and exhausted then stopped, after left chest side discomfort but no other symptoms, 30 mins later it's better, should i worry?

No worries: As prior X-ctry runner I suggest a General rule: when you run you'll experience various unpleasantness. If you keep running, and it continues or gets worse-STOP. Something serious is going on. Rest. Get it checked out. If you run and the feeling eases up or resolves, it's minor and won't affect you long term. One exception to the rule- if problem keeps happening- get it checked.

when i start running i start to hear a throbbing sound in my neck where the pulse is located. it doesn't hurt but the sound is like throbbing

Carotid artery: This may be normal, and one of those things where the more you think about it, the more you hear it.  to be safe though, get an eval and make sure all is well with your BP and Physical exam.  good luck.

Pulsation: Yes you can feel your pulse in yoyr head and neck after exercising

Yes,it is.: Check your blood pressure once or twice daily,record numbers,and go see your primary care doctor with these numbers.

Possible infection: With high pulse and  and discharge could be a throat infection  any fever ? Watery eyes may be allergy would push fluids , Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  and if any elevated temperature get checkefd.

Possible : Your throat might be getting too dry and sore especially if you are mouth breathing.  Keep hydrated and it should be better.

Normal: Especially as you getting back in shape. Your right ventricle is pumping hard to help your left, and this pops capillaries in your lung. Be proud you are exercising and lee training.

Possible but : Further evaluation is warranted and may represent occult heart disease. Talk to your physician.

ive been having an uncomfortable throat tightness feeling when running and singing for a year plus and im not sure where its coming from. ive been to multiple ent and they tell me that everything is fine. im not sure what to do next?

Speech/language path: I would schedule a visit with a speech &amp; language pathologist. There is a condition called vocal cord dysfunction where the cords can behave erratically, closing the airway some when they should stay fully open. Therapy can help reverse the process. Sometimes a well trained ENT can spot this in the office but not always.
