No worries: As prior X-ctry runner I suggest a General rule: when you run you'll experience various unpleasantness. If you keep running, and it continues or gets worse-STOP. Something serious is going on. Rest. Get it checked out. If you run and the feeling eases up or resolves, it's minor and won't affect you long term. One exception to the rule- if problem keeps happening- get it checked.
