Yes,it is.: Check your blood pressure once or twice daily,record numbers,and go see your primary care doctor with these numbers.

Blood pressure: At your age, the blood pressure seems to be a bit high. The systolic (upper number) is fine but the diastolic (lower number) is high. The pulse is also fine during exercising. It also depends on what kind of exercises you do. Vigorous once can raise the pulse faster and to a higher rate. Please do not do anythign that makes you short of breath. Also, see a doctor..
