Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Knot on neck: As you state that there is no pain, likely you have a cyst, or lipoma. These do not have to be removed unless they become a worry to you or get large enough that you wish them to be removed.

27, m, filipino. i realized i gained fat under my chin and neck to the point that i cant see my jawline anymore and chin at times. it's soft and doesnt hurt when i touch my neck fat, im just worried that it's something other than fat, should i?

: This is a problem best addressed by an in person Dr. They can do a full exam and determine if there is any cause for concern. Frequently, fat deposit accumulation in the neck can be addressed by a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon.

Pain and bruising: Removing buccal fat pad is a bad idea. The result is hollowed cheek and it is hard if not impossible to fix.
Chin implant will make your lower lip position a bit higher and your neck more angled.
Neck liposuction will sculpt your neck and get rid of the superficial fat.

what happens if the doctor removes too much fat during my chin liposuction? i've heard one possible result from chin liposuction is hollow areas or dents in your neck from taking out too much fat. is there a way to fix it if it happens?

It : It is possible to try to do fat grafting in situations like this. Obviously, it's best to avoid the problem altogether. This is done by ensuring that a thin layer of fat is left on the skin flap during the procedure.

Prurigo nodularis?: This is likely from chronic scratching.  Best to consult a dermatologist.  I think you may also have dry skin also.

Possibly lice...: Lice start out as eggs, but they can hatch and become long and narrow bugs. That would be the most likely answer, but you really need a dermatology evaluation. Treating it is complicated, because you need to use the right shampoo to kill it (http://www.ridlice.com/lice-killing-shampoo.php), AND you need to properly wash and/or dispose of linens, stuffed animals, blankets, etc.

i know its normal for me to be able to feel pea sized nodes in my neck, groin and head since i'm very slim and ive got no fat layers in them areas therefor i can feel my nodes more easily. but can i still feel them with no infection presant or past?

: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

hi. i'm 26 had a total hysterectomy  in march leaving ovaries. now i've noticed i have thick "peach fuzz" even some longer hairs on my chin/neck. ?

Unrelated: If you left your ovaries then you did not experience any hormonal changes so a change in facial hair growth patterns will not be related.
