i was doing fitness over a week ago and i've think i've done summit to my knee as every time i bend it or neal it really hurts what should i do ?

If there is concern for a serious injury, an MRI may be ordered. If less severe, observation, physiotherapy or a knee brace may be prescribed. An injection may be another option to calm your knee down.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever: Measles is caused by a virus and the baby does not need any antibiotics. For fever and pain you can use tylenol (acetaminophen) drops, extra fluids to prevent dehydration , follow up with your pediatrician and if there are complications get them treated. The rash will fade gradually and infant will recover.

Cough: Likely allergies/ seasonal  with post nasal drip or infection with mycoplasma that requires antibiotics.  If smoker consider lung lesion, if blood streaked and you have exposure consider TB  rarely rare autoimmune conditions like sarcoid or if immunocompromised  PCP( may be short breathe)   Would elevate head of bed at night try  antihistamines and  follow up with with doctor urgent care

Yes: I've looked at the claims that they cause ill-health in humans and animals and decided they are disinformation for people with dark agendas. The dangers of accidents, especially with today's turbines that are unlikely to sling masses of ice during winter storms, seems small. Wind-generated power seems like a good thing to most people, including those who share my concern with our planet's health.

None: A nearsighted eye is in fact too strong, and the logic of "visual training" is to strengthen the eye muscles which of course would make the nearsighted worse.  So in fact no visual training has been proven to help.  Don't waste your money.
