Regional : Regional anesthesia gives you a better chance of avoiding general anesthesia which is the cause of the majority of postoperative nausea.

Miscarriage/nausea: Would follow up with doctor /urgent care within 24 hours. Could be retained products or infection( uterine or UTI). Need follow up over next 24 hours, may need antibiotics

Do a pregnancy test: The pill works primarily by preventing release of eggs.No egg=no chance of pregnancy. If you skip pills &amp; the hormone level provided by the pill drops, an egg may be released= chance of pregnancy. If your symptoms are pregnancy related a urine pregnancy test should be positive. If negative it may be too soon or caused by something else.

Sleep deprivation, caffeine, peri-menstrual, anxiety, stimulants, and hypertension can lead to pvc's.  Hypertension is unusual at 18 years old.  Nearly everyone gets pac's and pvc's, whether they are aware or not.  Takes &gt;pvcs10, 000/day may cause heart damage.  Follow-up nausea/sob with doc.

: Possibly. How long did you take lt? Although rifampin is the only antibiotic that's considered to render oral contraceptives unreliable for birth control, a few cases of other antibiotics including tetracyclines, to which class minocycline belongs, interfered with oral contraceptives. If you were to go back on rather longterm minocycline for acne, another form of contraception may be advisable.

Ovarian torsion/Endo: Early endometriosis/adenomyosis ; a condition wherein endometrial  cells ( the same cells which line the uterine cavity & cause the menstrual period) implant in the pelvis. These cells involve the uterus, tubes, ovaries and the intervening tissue to produce severe pain even when early and not detectable on ultra-sound, ct or mri. 
Also ovarian torsion ( twisting of the stalk) can cause such pain.
