Chronic cough: Symptoms of chronic cough and sneezing are common in persons with allergies.  Cough from post nasal drip occurs with allergies and also from sinus problems.  Nausea can occur from thick mucus being swallowed or from acid reflux (induced by cough for some persons).  An allergist is uniquely qualified to address all of these symptoms to assist in getting to the cause and then effective treatment.

Constipation : That's what it sounds like. If the pain is directly below the sternum then it could be a gall bladder issue and worsened by fatty foods.  If sexually active, do a pregnancy test.  If feeling constipated,  then drink a $2 bottle of citrate of magnesium.  If persistent, then see your PCP.

Pregnancy C: You need to discuss with your gynecologist obstetrician. It is pregnancy risk c. With pregnancy there is always a risk with a medication. This is something needs to be decided specifically for your own. This is something you need to ask your gynecologist.

Parasympathetic ?: Sneezing is can be associated with excess parasympathetic tone. This is more common in the am, and can also cause the symptom of nausea. Those who have excess parasympathetic(pns) tone tend to have high Insulin levels and may be prone to hypoglycemia - this could make you feel hungry. Hence the sneeze, nausea and hunger may all be related to excess pns.

Interesting: I'm assuming that you are a female by your log on name.  Given the morning nausea, i would definitely rule out pregnancy even if you "got a period" and check your blood sugar fasting and after a meal.  Ask your doctor how to set up these tests.

It must've been BIG: A big enough sneeze will increase the pressure inside the head to the point of causing all of the symptoms you mentioned including one you didn't mention which is fainting. The mechanism for these symptoms involves massively irritating the Vagus nerve in the brainstem which controls heart rate, blood pressure, &amp; sweating. The result of this irritation is a discharge throughout the body.

ive noticed when i sneeze i get a sudden sharp pain in my right side. after sex today i got the same pain but it didnt go away. sharp pain like knives in my pelvis and right side. and nausea. an hour later it subsided. what is this?

: It could be a muscle strain in your lower abdomen/pelvic area, but your history would lead to some concern for an ovarian problem or even an ectopic pregnancy or infection (if you are sexually active).  I recommend a Gyn exam &amp; some lab work to be sure (pregnancy test, pelvic exam, STI testing, possibly ultrasound &amp; blood count &amp; urinalysis)
