Constipation : That's what it sounds like. If the pain is directly below the sternum then it could be a gall bladder issue and worsened by fatty foods. If sexually active, do a pregnancy test. If feeling constipated, then drink a $2 bottle of citrate of magnesium. If persistent, then see your PCP.

Hello, recently I have experienced painful nausea every time i sneeze? It happens more often in the morning & when I have an empty stomach.
I am having burning pain below stomach and at pubic bone. Sharp pains on right side often, nausea, hurts when i sneeze, did urinalysis it was good?
When I tighten stomach muscles (or cough or sneeze), then relax, I feel bubbles moving around in my upper left abdomen. could it just be gas? this is the 2nd day in a row?
