Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia, caused by metabolic overload, then metabolic over reaction. Eat too much, too fast overloads your metabolic machinery. Blood sugar rises rapidly and a huge metabolic response occurs to bring down blood sugar, often too fast and too low. The dropping blood sugars result in hypoglycemia, driving hunger and unfortunately another overeating session. Small frequent meals helps.

No time: most would not have any of this ... May be a sore spot where needle went in.   Your symptoms don't sound as LP effects. Talk to your doctor.

It's more: likely that what you are taking FOR the pain is giving you GI symptoms although some people are nauseated by certain kinds of pain! (I see Vicodin, Percocet under your Medication list)!!!

This may be the problem!

Many possibilities : your symptoms make me most concerned for a kidney stone; pain often starts at the waistline at the back then comes around towards the front and down the leg inside the thigh as the stone moves down the ureter. It is often extremely painful. There are other possibilities--muscle pain, pain coming from the spine, etc. see your doctor
