Need to be seen : first to find a cause for your edema 'water retention' , then look for a treatment. Although salt retention is a common cause, there are causes too, can be your heart, kidneys, liver, or may be your thyroid, etc.. Better see your doctor for evaluation, good luck

Wk 40 pregnant, HTN: If pregnant , call your doctor immediately (now) and let them know  your blood pressure is high. and microalbunemia,   The most important thing is having  healthy baby without any complications to the baby.

Constipation.: I would start by changing the type of fiber that you are getting in your diet. Rice in general is not usually a high-fiber food. Better would be some type of cereal grain. There are many different high-fiber cereals available. You could even consider adding psyllium fiber to your diet as a supplement. Drink plenty of liquid. If this does not help, see your doctor. PCOS and PID: If you had pid, you may have damaged your fallopian tubes and getting pregnant naturally may be a problem.  Therefore, you need to get them checked out before doing anything else. If the tubes are blocked, it may not matter about the other issues as there is a lower chance for getting pregnant.  If they are open, then you may need to take medications to get you to ovulate consistently.

Hihg blood pressure: Once you have symptoms - headache- you need medication as there is potential risk of stroke. While on medication you can institute lifestyle changes weight loss, decreasing salt intake to less than 2000 mg/ day , healthy diet and when at goal of decreased weight/ healthy diet you may be able to wean off medication, But with  headache start medication NOW. f/u/ w/ MD-check thyroid, CMP(kidney),CBC.

Your : Your concerns are understandable.  I am sorry that you have gone through all of this.  Prior to becoming pregnant, please see a high-risk  OB or perinatologist and be sure that you are at an optimum nutritional status to get pregnant.  Also please tell them of the past concerns.  They will be able to address this.  They may want to do blood work prior to pregnancy.  If you haven't had counseling, please address this as well.  Good luck to you.
