It depends.....: If you are free from Angina and have been taking medical treatments for your heart disease, then there is not a strong reason to repeat any invasive heart tests.
But you need to be checked by your cardiologist at least once yearly. he/she can guide you further.
I would want you to be sure to check your blood tests(Lipid Profile) and make sure that your BP, blood sugar &amp; lipids are well controlled.

Usually yes: But you question is a bit unclear, as to definitively document coronary artery spasm you have to do provocative(as in cause/provoke a spasm) testing in the culprit vesse by exposing it to specific chemicals.  Usually the reason to avoid angiography are related to kidney problems/disease, contrast/dye allergies, or high risk of bleeding issues.

Typical Angina: If a person has obstructive coronary artery disease, that is a narrowing/stenosis/"blockage" of 70% or more in one of the vessels, one would generally expect that at a certain workload/"heart rate" range, that the person would be expected to have angina.

An exception would be in the case that the person develops small blood vessels around the blockage; this may change the hr that angina occurs.

Well...: Because you have Diabetes, you are not too young to have heart disease, especially if you are not having adequate control.  Your Average A1c should be below 6.7%

Angina: Many of my patient had angina only after eating. Recurrent angina after CABG needs cardiac catheterization. Most of the times an interventional cardiologist can fix the culprit artery or bypass.

Angina is chest: Pain related to lack of oxygen to heart muscle whereas CHF is fluid retention , sob or fatigue related to impaired heart muscle performance...Talk to your cardiologist.

Several: Angina is chest, jaw, arm, back or shoulder pain that comes from the heart due to lack of proper blood flow to heart muscle. The classic cause of angina is coronary disease, this is typically cholesterol blockage of the arteries of the heart. Another cause is "syndrome x" which is spasm in the small vessels of the heart.  Prinzmetal angina is caused my spasm (pinching) of larger heart arteries.

Unusual in young...: "Angina", as it relates to the heart, is usually a pain or tightness of the chest, back, neck, jaw and sometimes upper abdomen, with exertion and relieved by rest.  It can be due to a coronary artery narrowing due to arteriosclerosis or spasm.  The symptom merits an evaluation including a careful history, physical exam, EKG and possibly a coronary CT angiogram.  See your doctor.

if someone had angina from blockages in heart. would they get the angina at the same level of activity regardless of whether laid down or stood up?

Angina symptoms: A blockage at the coronary arteries will decrease the supply of o2 at the myocardial site the specific coronary supply. If the person increase activity the o2 demand to that area will increase. But, because of the blockage the supply won't increase as supposed. Ischemia will happen and angina as symptom of it.
