Post nasal drip: Possibly it could be from the mucus present from the post nasal drip.  If it lasts for more than a week I would have your dentist take a look at it.  It could be a sign of something else.

rough dry patch on roof of mouth very irritating worse when drinking water. no pain at all. a lot of post nasal drip. hairy feeling in throat. help!

See an Allergist: Sounds like your symptoms could be allergy related. Your best bet is to make an appointment with an Allergist so that a full exam, clinical history, and appropriate testing can be completed.

itchy ears, painful ears pain in roof of mouth only at night. post nasal drip. ive sneezed a few times and sometimes my nose runs in the morning what could this be? also sometimes i cough but not a lot. any idea? covid 19?

Probably not Covid: May be allergic, bacterial sinus infection, a different virus, a narrow upper jaw with partial airway obstruction, or other causes. Call your General Physician and check if they want to see you. See your Dentist to evaluate if your upper jaw is too narrow and if you need to see an Orthodontist.

nasal drip, slight ear ache, paleness.throat feels like sandpaper.little red dots on roof of mouth towards throat.for abt 24hrs.can this be strep?

Anything is possible: But it sounds more like a nasopharyngitis something inflaming the nose and throat which tends more to be viral in etiology.  In fact most sore throats are viral in cause too.  Classically strep throat presents with fevers, tender neck nodes, tonsil exudate(yellow white material) and the lack of cough(so called Centor criteria) but even these aren't found in all cases.

if i have pressure in the roof of my mouth and sometimes pressure within my nose bridge whats causing it? especially the roof of mouth?

Don't know: Further history would need to be obtain with physical examination and possibly radiographic studies. I don't know if this a sinus issue or not.

Hard to know: Congestion is often due to chronic rhinits, maybe from allergy, irritants, structural problem, infection, hormone changes, sensitivity to weather/pressure changes etc. Often, post-nasal drip occurs and this is irritating to the back of the throat, causing symptom called globus pharyngis. I think your description is consistent. Acid reflux is another common cause. This can be confirmed and treated.

is it dangerous if nose cartilage was damaged and now affects face,throat,earst and it feels like a needle is pushing down into the roof of mouth,gum?

Dangerous?: Cannot tell without an examination. The symptoms you describe indicate that serious damage may have been done. Important that you seek the services of a specialist Oral Surgeon to determine the extent of your traumatic damage and thus the correct treatment.

Sinus vs ear infect: Based on what you are describing, sinus or middle ear infection most likely.  Vast majority are caused by virus and symptom treatment with anti-inflammatory for pain and fever (if you are safe to take them) and time (7-10 days) will resolve most of these infections.  If symptoms do not improve after 7-10 days or get progressively worse, should see your medical provider.

Trauma: Most likely you have a scratch or burn from food. Typically hot liquids -coffee, soup, tomato sauce from pizza, etc. will cause a burn. Crusty bread, chips, pretzels, etc can cause a scratch.If any of this applies, then that is the likely cause.You may also have a herpetic lesion,especially if you have a cold (virus) and a history of herpes. Warm salt water rinses (1tsp/8oz) often help . Good luck
