hurt nose month ago,it bled later skin turned blue,yellow & normal color now.the area is still sore especialy upon touching.is it still inflamed ?

Contusion: With a direct blow to the nose, which has a very high number of blood vessels, bleeding can occur.  If there is no place for the blood to drain, the blood will collect and produce a pocket in the tissues of the nose filled with blood.  If left alone this blood area can clot.  That clot can break down and produce increased pressure from the broken down clot.  This can easily become infected.

Visit your doctor: Please see your ENT doctor to be evaluated and treated for what sounds to be sinus iinfection, as you wrote.  If you have fever, be seen today.  Feel better.

Possible bleeding : Without an examination, we can't say for sure, but it sounds as though these many be tiny hemorrhages from injured blood vessels under the skin. Your doctor can help you with this.

Depends: If there is a functional problem, for example, not being able to breathe through the nose, see an ent.  If there is a cosmetic deformity, either an ENT trained in facial plastics or a plastic surgeon.

This sounds: like normal nasal mucous...the memberane (lining) of your nose contains mucous cells which act to PROTECT the nose and upper airways from damage( including allergens and DRYNESS) This excess "spit" (MUCOUS) is a NORMAL reaction to the "HIT" you sustained!!

I believe it is: quite reassuring that the injury isn't too serious if you have no pain or bruising. I wouldn't worry about the swelling, which is the result of tissue inflammation and destruction, unless it continues to grow or function is significantly impaired: nasal obstruction impairing breathing, throat obstruction, etc. If you don't have pain, I wouldn't take ibuprofen just for swelling. Icing might help.

There is a possibili: You will need evaluation to assure you do not have a cerebrospinal fluid leak. This is an emergency condition and needs prompt evaluation

Nasal sprays : it is perfectly safe to use Nasacort (triamcinolone) daily.  The common side effects are headaches and bleeding.  Feel better.
