: Research has been ongoing in looking for nutrients to aid nerve regeneration. A neurologist, physiatrist or neurosurgeon may have the latest info about this. In the meantime follow a well balanced diet andr take a multivitamin to ensure intake of vit B12,folic acid. Limit concentrated sweets&amp;,alcohol. Continue physical therapy &amp; electrical stimulation of affected muscles if your MD prescribes them

Probably : combination of the above.  Nerves prob leading cause.  Make sure you get some food intake.  This will put less stress on your body.

: Preformed bacterial toxins manifest as nausea vomiting, and diarrhea in a few hours. Bacterial infections with salmonella shigella may take 2-3 days. It is unlikely that you got food poisoning from what you described.

Contentious: I'm not a focused expert on this, but from my reading I am not ready to tell anyone that helicobacter infestation causes demyelination, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis or vitamin deficiency. Perhaps i misunderstood, but I do know the "pop" claims. May i ask the help of my healthtap colleagues & also suggest that you are right to be skeptical and to seek another opinion? Best wishes.

None: Cartilage, by definition, does not have a good blood supply.  If something does not have a good blood supply, it does not heal well (or repair itself).  That means that you can eat anything you want, it will not help cartilage heal....Because it can't.

Not understanding: If your question is about muscle pain and trigger points, people may have allergies to foods that cause the typical allergy like symptoms.  However it is rare for foods to cause muscle aches and trigger points alone unless associated with allergy/intolerance.
