Naltrexone is used to treat Alcoholism. Naltrexone will not cause to "sober up" It is not a cure for Alcoholism.
Do not drink alcohol while taking Adavan (Ativan). This can increase the effects of Alcohol.  
Vistaril may impair thinking or reactions, may cause tremors, confusion, seizures.
Discuss with Psychiatrist Alcoholism program , A.A. and Therapy.

Yes: Ativan (lorazepam) is a benzodiazipine, this class of meds can be addicting, even small doses used over an extended period of time can be very difficult to stop. Some people take them as prescribe and find it very hard to stop, others can be more overtly addicted and continue to take higher and higher doses. In general best for short term use only. Try to avoid if history of addiction like alcohol.

It is in a class of medications known as benzodiazepines which share similar properties such as valium, klonopin, xanax, (alprazolam) and Librium  the advantage is that it works quickly, but the risks are developing a physical dependence (tolerance over time and withdrawal when stopping it) or an addiction.

Sedative: Fairly immediate onset benzodiazepine, the class of drugs that are used to reduce anxiety, sedate or put to sleep, also used for seizures (to stop them quickly) and sometimes for dizziness or nausea because of the sedation, but also can cause amnesia.  Sometimes used to relax muscles but the reason is because of the CNS sedation.  Useful, but very addictive.
