i often have hard tiny brown scales like dots in pores on my legs and arms.if i remove it by nails,i see tiny hole and it will reappear,sometimes becomes black moles or make the skin becomes brown. what is this condition?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be due to dry skin, try using an emollient like Vaseline and it that does not help it would be prudent to see your doctor.

can i remove a spider nevus from my hand myself?

No: Spider nevus (or spider angioma) are blood vessel lesion that is fed by a deeper arteriole.  There are no at-home instruments that you can use safely to cauterize that vessel.  Your doctor will treat this with laser or electrocautery.

Nobody knows: This is genetic and getting a few nasty sunburns as a youngster increases the number of these as well.

Don't think these: two issues are related. The "red moles" are likely vessels called angiomas but without seeing them, I don't know for sure. Make appointment to see doctor

24 hours ago i notice my ring finger had darker brown discoloration. it runs from knuckle to knuckle and irregular in the sides. it is only on the top of my hand and does not wrap around to my palm. i have no moles in that area, no pain, no swelling.

Brown discoloration : Do you have any other discolorations? Do you have any history of hormone imbalances, endocrine issues, Addisons, dermatomyositis? Are you a smoker? What is your diet like? Consult with us to determine if you need further evaluation.

can too many small sun damaged moles turn into cancer? dermatologist said i have many on my legs hand back chest face everywhere.. they are sun damaged she said but if i dont expose myself to sun anymore do they change theirshape and turn to cancer?

: Having "sun damaged moles" in multiple locations, may also create concern about either basal cell carcinomas, or squamous cell carcinomas which historically may take 25 years or so to emerge.  Continue to see your dermatologist every few months for total body exams. Fortunately, with Mohs surgery, if carcinomas do develop, they are curable.

i used to tan a lot until i saw the dermatologist and got scared! i have new moles on my face and my hand and legs they are small sun damaged i am scared to turn into cancer! what should i do?

: Recognition of the potential for a future problem is part of the solution. Now you understand you are someone at risk. Pay attention to any changes in what you see and have them evaluated at least yearly. Any worrisome areas can be evaluated by the dermatologist before they are a real threat. The changes do not happen overnight. Discuss your monitoring plan with the doc.

Dysplastic nevus: Researchers have shown that dysplastic nevus or atypical moles are more likely than ordinary moles to develop into a type of skin cancer called melanoma.
Make sure your nevus is managed by a dermatologist.
