Yes : The kidney's can fail in their function to filter the blood, yet all of the structural components of the kidneys can be normal. Also kidney failure does not necessarily show up on a ua.

No: A PICC line is used for more frequent administration of IV meds. You are not needing meds often enough to be appropriate for a PICC line.

Severe infection: Where in body can cause multiple system failure.  It depends on the location and severity of infection, type of organism causing the infection, host response to infection, and how rapidly effective treatment of infection can proceed.

Overwhelming: Septicemia in any organ cause multiple organ failure.  It is rare for acute cholecystitis alone to cause multiple organ failure, unless there are co-morbid conditions such as malignancy, diabetes, hiv, liver disease or kidney failure,  but these are general statements, so ask your doctor for specific advice.

Word of caution: I can understand the desire to do something to improve your health, but not clear to me if any of these items help or even hurt.  I imagine they are expensive.  Suggest you conference with your nephrologist and nurse, and be open about these "natural medications", and get further advice.

Depends: In general there is little risk of interaction between the most commonly used antibiotics and the diuretics used for treatment of CHF.  To get specific information the exact medications would need to be need.

Yes!: There are many foods that can irritate the bladder, making bladder spasms worse.The key foods to avoid: caffeine in coffee, tea and sodas;  alcohol; citrus and pineapple; spicy foods; chocolate; raw onions; vinegar and soy sauce; artificial sweeteners; and yes, even cranberry juice. Drink lots of water to keep your urine dilute, and add the foods back one at a time to see which ones cause spasms.

Meant to be?: Maybe it was not e. Coli at all! generally e. Coli infn, in my experience does not need bladder wash out (dont know what you actually underwent, nor your baseline or your symptoms) but antibiotics. Did you talk to a doctor or a urologist?

how does estrada e cream help prolapsed bladder?

Stronger vag. wall: Estrogen cream is frequently use with a pessary support (from within the vagina, holding up the bladder)  to prevent infection and vaginal wall erosion. THe latter makes bladder prolapse much worse.  Estrogen helps strengthen and maintain muscles in the top of the vagina, which also supports the bladder and prevents further prolapse.  It may reverse it but that is not definitive.
