HIV not likely: Given circumstances, HIV is not likely. Check for HSV1, herpes simplex virus, and if negative would suggest biopsy of either one of your mouth ulcers or skin lesions.

Muscle aches: So you have muscle aches which can be caused by many things but HIV is not high on the list.  We need more details-which muscles, duration, trauma history etc- to give you an answer. You don't have HIV: Oral sex is etremely low risk for HIV, almost zero. Can't tell if condom was for oral or vaginal sex, but in any case no significant risk. And myalgias would never be the only symptom of a new HIV infection. But the main question here is your HIV test result. Presumably you were tested, right? if not, do it now -- expect negative results. This has nothing to do with vitamin D. Good luck!

HIV: Untreated HIV can affect people differently. Some have no symptoms. Symptoms include raised skin rash, thrush with sometimes with pain with swallowing, reoccurring sinus infections, shortness of breath, diarrhea, muscle weakness, change in thinking and alertness  All of these same symptoms can be from many other conditions, so someone reading this should not assume they have HIV. Get tested.

Good  news: We see resolution of all types  of musculoskeletal  syndromes. This could be a post  viral syndrome, something  like infectious  mono but a different  virus. You physician may well have  evaluated you for  this  over  the past  8 years. Relationship?: Whether the generalized joint and muscle discomfort had anything to do with your sexual contact is very unlikely in the absence of other symptoms. If the interaction was only fellatio then the chances of your getting HIV are almost non-existent. You can get other STDs in this manner. Get tested and in the future be protected. The neg HIV test is probably quite accurate. No concerns.

: It is not possible to have HIV symptoms with a negative HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood test. It is 100% certain that something other than HIV is the cause. There is no need for a repeat HIV test.

: Almost always conclusive 6 weeks after the last dose of PEP, and always conclusive after 3 months. Your negative results show you do not have HIV. Also, it is impossible to have HIV symptoms with negative blood test. Something other than HIV explains your symptoms. See a doctor if your symptoms continue, but stop worrying about HIV.
