Urine color: Normal urine color ranges from very pale yellow/or clear (when it is very dilute) to dark yellow, almost brown when it is extremely concentrated (i.e. You're not drinking enough fluids). The color is affected by certain dyes in foods, a common one is due to the riboflavin vitamin you mentioned. As long as it continues to vary in this range, being mostly yellow, there is nothing to worry about.

Normal, not STD/HIV: Yellow urine is normal, with depth of color due mostly to fluid intake. Dark yellow, orange, or brown can indicate liver disease and orher problems. If otherwise healthy, you can make your urine lighter or darker by the amount of fluids you drink. HIV or STDs don't alter urine color. i have recently cut out soft drinks in an effort to live more healthy. after i did this my urine went dark yellow in the morning. as i drink water in the day it gets clear. is this normal. no pain and i feel better than when i was on soft drinks.

Depends on cause of: You had gastric ulcer in past, what was the cause of the ulcer.Most ulcers are caused by an infection with h pylori.And if it is treated suscessfully it is cured.
Other causes are from prolonged use of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs.
Alcohol and tobacco use

untreated hpylori can cause recurrent ulcer
others can recur if continuing use of alcohol, tobaco&nsaids.
