Do not worry: What you described is not a cause for concern.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Apples & oranges: While both medications have indications from the fda for the treatment of fibromyalgia, they are very different. Cymbalta is an serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor also indicated for the treatment of major depression as well as generalized anxiety disorder. Lyrica (pregabalin) works through GABA and is also indicated for seizure disorder. Your physician should be able to help you decide.

i have pain on my lower right side. i've had a ct scan, a hyda scan to check my gallbladder, an ultrasound to check my right ovary and my right kidney and an uppper gi and still nothing.

i'm in constant pain and sometimes a burning sensation

Sometimes : Sometimes patients have pain that doctors cannot find the cause (etiology) of.  I am glad that you had such an extensive workup including a ct scan, hida scan, ultrasound, and upper gi.  Sometimes nerve pain can cause pain that cannot be seen on any studies.  There may be medications or therapies to help you with your pain.  Primary care doctors or pain management specialists can be helpful in that situation.

my sister had a uppper rt lung lobectomy last year ...has non small cell adeonocarcinoma....ct scans and pet scans every 3 months...past 2 recent ct scans plus pet scan are showing an increased pleural based nodular density in the rt lower lobe anteriorly

May need biopsy : Has to be concerned for recurrence of tumor, I am sure her doctor already explained ,  if there is fluid will analyze , may visualize area  with thoracoscope and biopsy the area, if it is scar nothing to be done, if it is a recurrence need additional  treatments and  to follow her doctor advice.

Not sure: All arteries generate a pulse -- the blood flow through organs and throughout your body. A pulse that you can feel that is not painful is probably normal. If you have a painful pulse at your temples, this needs immediate help (temporal arteritis). If you are feeling palpitations, this also should prompt medical attention and additional workup.

Go to the ER: Without seeing you I can’t tell whether you're referring to simple soft tissue injury or something more serious but there are enough serious possibilities from what you describe that I wouldn't wait around any longer. You could have a jaw fracture, salivary gland injury, and/or even infection which if combined with the other injuries or under your tongue could be a disaster. Go to the ER now!

HMMM: Fluoride is the best way to strengthen your teeth. Your jaw is already fairly strong and the same is true of the cheek and face muscles. The skull, not much you can to to make its bones stronger.
