Go to the ER: Without seeing you I can’t tell whether you're referring to simple soft tissue injury or something more serious but there are enough serious possibilities from what you describe that I wouldn't wait around any longer. You could have a jaw fracture, salivary gland injury, and/or even infection which if combined with the other injuries or under your tongue could be a disaster. Go to the ER now!
