i have 2 larger veins in my left testicle, they are purple. i can feel them and see them but they are not enormous. one is large what is that?

Sounds like: varicocele.  If you do not have any symptoms, nothing needs to be done.  Minor surgery and embolizations are options for treatment, if these progress to cause pain or infertility.  Consult with a urologist for specific recommendations.

Hello. : Hello. Orchitis can present with swelling and purple discoloration of testicle.  Testicular torsion can present with swelling and purple discoloration but is reported to be very painful. You may have an infection. If you don't get treatment it could become worse.  Fort lauderdale is a large area. You could look into sliding fee or free clinics in the area.

Not unusual: Many men have prominent veins on their scrotum. A varicocele is a collection of veins within the left scrotum which feels like a "bag of worms" when standing and disappears when lying down. Does not need treatment, unless testicle is smaller than the right one.

after a bilateral orchiopexy when can i expect my testicles to look and be completely normal again? im almost a month out and my incisions are still visible, hard and slightly purple and my testicles arent the same shape as before?

See below: If the area doesn't get larger over time, it is probably a hemangioma (birthmark).  If it is tender and feels like a lump, it could be a hemorrhoid.  If a birthmark doesn't change and doesn't bother you, leave it alone

: The color of the head (glans0 can appear darker or lighter at times So unless there is some other change- no worries. Testicles are inside the scrotal sac so you can not see their color. If the skin of the scrotum appears red it might be due to inflammation. Keep it clean and try cortisone cream for a few days. If not better pl see your doc/Urologist
