Itchy and sweaty: In this area of your body the most common cause of itching especially associated with sweating is a overgrowth of your normal yeast. We have bacteria and yeast all over and the yeast will tend to grow or take up more space when the area is warm and moist.Bath daily and air dry or use a hairdryer on a low setting than apply powder for the best relief.

???????: You used suction and gave yourself a hickey on the genital skin. Now you ask why it is red and sorer?????? Avoid friction there and gently lubricate it [KY]. As days go by it will heal.

Be seen: It could be many things, including infection, allergy, or anatomical anomaly.  If you are using condoms and spermicide (which you absolutely should be) you could be having an allergic reaction to it.  Some women are allergic to sperm as well.  Be seen by your physician for an exam.

: Strep throat is common in this age group. He should be seen by an in person Dr who can do a throat swab to test for specific bacteria with the rapid strep test. If positive, he can then be treated for this infection.

Not likely: You say he bumped his forehead...Usually a skull fracture is more than a bump--like falling out of a shopping cart or high chair on to tile or tree or hitting a wall with some speed.....A skull fracture can have a boggy squishy area over it that appears a few days after the injury. It is not likely. If you are really concerned see your pediatrician.

Testicle trauma: He should be evaluated  with an ultrasound to make sure that he does not have a torsion of the testicle. Otherwise cold compresses might help to reduce the swelling and pain  an athletic supporter might also be helpful.
