Coconut Oil: You need to moisturize from the inside out. Consider using coconut oil.  You will need about 3 tablespoons daily.  Additionally/alternatively, 3 tablespoons of olive oil can be helpful.  Peace and good health.

Well: Lupus can cause  hair loss but  you will need more tests to confirm if you indeed have lupus since an elevated ANA titer may be found in apparently healthy people. If it is present , controlling the disease activity would likely help. On the other hand , overactive thyroid and even iron deficiency may cause hair loss  consult a rheumatologist.

Not all related: I can see itchy scalp as a possible allergy but eating fish cannot immediately cause you to have thinning hair and dry skin. This is related to a more chronic cause, did you get your thyroid checked? Did you see a dermatologist? You may have an unrelated skin condition.

There is no Cure for: dandruff also known as seborrheic dermatitis. You need to control it with prescription shampoos, topicals so see your dermatologist for prescriptions and get it under control. Also try sulfate free shampoos or T-sal as well
