Muscle strain: Using your muscle when you swing the bat but you don't use when you threw the ball I would suggest you see a sports doctor to get the best treatment for this

You are limber: Your have  hypermobility syndrome. This is a type of benign Ehlers Danlos syndrome. You may have a rotator cuff syndrome of the shoulder, or a dislocation.You need an evaluation to clarify  your invovlement

At your age: this is more likely than not related to a bursitis. See an orthopedic surgeon for a possible injection of steroid into that bursa and/or a more accurate diagnosis!

Depends on how far+: It depends on how you landed & how far you fell. This is unusual 2 have all these complaints in the areas u described. U should b evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon & have x rays also.

Multiple causes : The lesion could represent nummular eczema, psoriasis, ringworm, or other possible rashes or growths. See a dermatologist to evaluate and treat this lesion.

AC joint: This is most likely coming from your AC (acriomoclavicular) joint between your collar bone and shoulder-blade, a common site of overuse pain from sports,  weightlifting, and throwing...if it does not improve with several days of rest and anti-inflammatory medication you should have it evaluated further

Sometimes an insect bite can become secondarily infected - so this redness needs to be properly evaluated. Could this bug bite have been from a tick?
